I’ve been a student of yoga and meditation for over 20 years and practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for over 10. As a student my research, experimentation and studies led me around the world: UK, Italy, France, Germany, Nepal, India and blessed me with so many inspirational teachers whom I thank infinitely.
