Ever since I first stepped onto the mat over a decade ago, yoga has been my constant anchor – a source of strength, softness, and self-discovery. What began as a physical practice soon unfolded into something much deeper: a way to cultivate patience, compassion, and a sense of inner empowerment.

For me, yoga is not a destination but a lifelong journey — a dynamic, evolving dialogue with the self and the world around us. I believe the beauty of yoga lies in its individuality: each practice is as unique as the person experiencing it. That's why I approach every class with fresh curiosity and an open heart, always learning, always listening — both inwardly and through the exchange with others.

At Yoga at Lobe, I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Sound. My classes range from strong, creative flows to grounding, meditative experiences. Whether we’re moving dynamically or resting deeply, my intention is to hold space for transformation, connection, and inspiration.

Yoga extends far beyond the edges of the mat. It’s a practice of being — and becoming. Let’s stay curious, grow together, and inspire one another along the way.

I teach in both German and English, and warmly welcome everyone into an inclusive and supportive environment.
