With more than 10 years experience in the Yoga industry, and 10,000+ hours of training and certifications she brings a wealth of learnings and insights to her workshops. Known for her fast-moving energy and ability to accelerate the healing process in people, she now focuses on self-development through spirituality. Today she shares her teachings on stage around the world (from SweatLife to Tech Open Air to Melt Festival).
