INTO THE WILD — Retreat

We invite you to join us for our countryside retreat “Into the Wild”. A weekend to indulge in the vividness, joy and ease of the long, warm summer days. Through practicing Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork we create a sense of freedom. Enjoy with us the vast open nature surrounding our retreat location: have a swim, a walk, or enjoy some me-time in the garden. As Christina and Martina are passionate about sharing the wisdom of selfcare, we will have a workshop on Saturday offering you additional quality time with your body and soul.

What’s included: Accommodation, vegetarian/ vegan food, yoga classes, daily meditation and self-care rituals and as much free-time and good company as you like 😉

Check-in/ out times:

Friday, 20 August:

We will be at the retreat location to prepare for your arrival. You can arrive starting from 16:30 until 18:00. Our first gathering as a group will be at 18:30.

Sunday, 22 August:

We will close the retreat with a group lunch. Check-Out time is at 14:00. 

Our Retreat Location

Seminarhaus Taubenblau is located in Brandenburg, in the village Stolzenhagen on the edge of the nature beauty Uckermark.

The building is rich in history and since 2016 has been transformed into a wonderful retreat location with plenty of open spaces. There’s a gallery for lounging, a 65 sqm yoga and seminar room, a multifunctional dining room and co-working area, and a cozy living room. A special highlight is a large terrace, with a pergola against the rain. Here you can sit, eat, do yoga and enjoy life.

Most of you arrive by public transportation: You have to take a combination of train and bus. The timetable is also listed in the link above.

Food

The retreat includes breakfast, lunch (on Saturday: brunch), dinner, and drinking water as well as tea and, coffee. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. If you have indicated special dietary needs we make sure that the wonderful kitchen team takes care accordingly.

Covid – For our safety as a group

For our safety as a group, we ask everyone to bring a rapid test not older than 24 hours even if you are vaccinated or recovered. We want to create an atmosphere where everyone can feel safe. You can read more about the detailed Hygenic concept here. The most important information is summarized here:

  • Wear a mask passing through the hallways; once you have arrived in the dining area, the lounge area, bathrooms, you no longer need to wear the mask; respect each other’s need for distance

  • Outdoors: you don’t need to wear a mask

  • Bring a negative rapid test for the day of arrival

  • We recommend additionally taking a rapid test after the retreat

What to bring

Please bring additionally to your usual traveling gear the following items:

  • Your yoga mat

  • A journal and pen

  • A light sweater for the evening

  • Comfy, warm socks for the Yin Practice

  • A scarf

Self-care after the retreat

We recommend giving yourself some time after the retreat. If possible allow some time for rest on Sunday evening.
